The pair have met twice already this season, with Madrid emerging victorious on both occasions.
The first clash in October ended in a thrilling 2-1 Madrid win thanks to a second-half brace from Clasico debutant Jude Bellingham. The two sides met again in January in the Spanish Supercopa in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with Madrid easing to a 4-1 victory.
The third meeting in April will be Xavi's last Clasico as Barça manager, with the Spaniard set to stand down at the club at the end of the season.
