Selection: Four changes for Saturday night footy at Alberton

Port Adelaide has finalised its squad that will take on Norwood at Alberton Oval on Saturday evening.

Port Adelaide has brought in two players with AFL experience to its side to tackle Norwood in Round 4 of the SANFL.

Ryan Burton and Jed McEntee have been included in the line-up following their respective omission from the AFL team with Burton set to play just his second game in the prison bar guernsey after being involved in a win over Central District in Round 9 last season.

Having served a two-match suspension, versatile tall Xavier Walsh comes back into the team and has been named in the ruck.

Ollie Cheesman, Kye Roberts and Tyson Brazel also come into the team which lost to Woodville-West Torrens last weekend. Brazel has yet to debut for the club.

Dylan Aldridge goes out of the line-up under the concussion protocol after suffering a knock against the Eagles, while forward Tom Scully will also miss with a calf strain.

Strong SANFL form has seen Dylan Williams rewarded with an AFL call-up, while ruck Dante Visentini, defender Tom Clurey and forward Francis Evans have been included as AFL emergencies, but if not required, could end up taking a place in the SANFL team on Saturday night.

The Magpies are looking for their first win of the season in their first home game of the season.

The match will be the first night SANFL game hosted at Alberton Oval, following the installation of new lighting in 2023.

First bounce at Alberton Oval is at 7:10pm. Tickets are available at the gate.

Gates open at 5:40pm with an official Anzac Observance Ceremony at 7:00pm.
