It's no secret that music fans in Australia have a tough time catching a glimpse of their favourite artist in concert, with many world tours sadly not extending beyond the Northern Hemisphere. 

Fortunately, music festivals can be a great way to see all your favourite acts in one place, and while it may be tricky to get to Glastonbury or Coachella, there is no festival in Australia as legendary as Splendour in the Grass. 

Since launching in 2001, Splendour in the Grass has served as the launch pad for many major international music stars, with artists such as Lorde, Angus & Julia Stone, and Tame Impala drawing some of their first major crowds at Splendour's side stages. 

With previous lineups including Grammy Award winners and nominees, such as Childish Gambino, Lana Del Rey, Coldplay, and The Cure, fans are eagerly counting down the hours to see the star power of the 2024 lineup and, fortunately, it's not too far away.

When does the Splendour in the Grass lineup come out? 

If you've been counting down the days until the 2024 lineup, you fortunately don't need to wait too much longer!

The 2024 Splendour in the Grass lineup drops at 8:00 am AEDT on Wednesday, March 13. Be sure to check back here after the release date for a full run-down of this year's lineup. 

Where is Splendour in the Grass?

Splendour in the Grass takes place annually at North Byron Parklands in Wooyung, New South Wales. For all attendees travelling to the festival but not too keen on camping, Byron Bay is a short 20-minute drive away. 

Splendour in the Grass 2024 is taking place at North Byron Parklands from Friday, July 19 - Sunday, July 21, 2024. 

How much are Splendour tickets? 

Although the ticket prices have not yet been confirmed for 2024, based on previous years, 3-day Event tickets will cost around $415.00.

If you're hoping to stay in the heart of the action, be sure to add a camping ticket to your cart. Based on previous years, a 5-day Camping ticket will be priced around $135.00. 

For those looking for a taste of Splendour without the full weekend commitment, 1-day Event tickets for either Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be priced at approximately $185.00.

When do Splendour tickets go on sale? 

While the sale dates have not yet been confirmed for 2024, based on previous years, fans can anticipate Splendour in the Grass tickets to be on sale from the second week of April. 

If you've attended Splendour in the Grass five or more times, you may be eligible to sign up for the Splendour Members Club, which entitles you to an exclusive presale to help you get your hands on tickets before they go on sale to the general public.
