AFL round two St Kilda vs Collingwood live updates from the MCG ...
Nasiah Wanganeen-Milera is the leading disposal winner on the ground with 17.
Rowan Marshall is leading the clearances with six, but strangely enough only has two hit outs to his name. The Pies are winning the ruck battle, but it's not converting to success in the clearances.
Jack Steele has laid seven tackles, and Josh Daicos's 408 metres gained is the most of anyone on the field.

HT: Pies battle back and lead it by eightVery interesting half, a tricky one to read. Just when it felt like St Kilda had taken control, it suddenly turned into a basketball game and Collingwood relished the open space and madness.
Goals are coming from mistakes and turnovers almost exclusively, and the Pies cashed in late in that quarter to take the lead.
If the game stays like this, Collingwood will win the game. St Kilda needs to find a way to expose their dominance around the stoppages — and cut out the silly mistakes — if they are to find a way back in.
It's a game of momentum swings, and it's fair to say that the Saints have lost a grip on the game a bit now. It's too open, too chaotic, too Collingwood for Ross Lyon's liking.
Josh Daicos's squaring kick to Darcy Cameron was typically excellent.
Collingwood have been getting a beating in the clearances in this game. Solution? No more stoppages!
The ball has been pinging around relentlessly all quarter, which is starting to suit the Pies. Forward pressure forced a dump kick from defence from Cordy, which Lipinski cut off. He converts, and the Pies lead by a point.
Absolutely ferocious pace to this one now! The ball is flying from end to end, and only some desperate defending from McCreery stopped the Saints from adding to their lead moments earlier.
But Collingwood kept forcing that ball forward, and finally found McInnes at the top of the goalsquare ready to snap over his shoulder.
Not the cleanest game of footy, but a pretty entertaining one right now.
From footage just aired on Channel Seven of Wood being taken from the MCG, he appeared to have his right arm in a sling. He also had a green whistle in his possession.
Every chance that he's done some damage to his shoulder or collarbone as well as suffering concussion. No neck brace, which is good news.
So many goals being kicked from defensive errors in this game. Another turnover deep in defence handed the opportunity to Schultz, who is as good a set shot for goal as there is.
Back to a two-goal game.

Mason Wood is being taken to hospitalWood has a concussion and is being taken to hospital currently for "precautionary scans". On what exactly, I'm not sure. But that's the latest.
EDIT: Saints say "precautionary reasons", so may just be for observation.
The Collingwood defence just seems rattled. It was another long ball in to a contest, where the Pies had plenty of numbers to handle things.
But Moore left Membrey and flew for the spoil, missing everything completely. Higgins crumbed, handballed out to the suddenly free Membrey and let the big man do the rest. Sloppy errors from experienced Collingwood players proving costly.
Not one of Darcy's best efforts, this one.

QT: Saints spring into life and lead Pies by 12 pointsA stunning St Kilda surge, which happened to come just after a horrible injury for Mason Wood.
Wood was instantly subbed out of the game, and we are still waiting for more word from the Saints camp as to his condition.
But after that, St Kilda finally made its stoppage dominance hit on the scoreboard, kicking four straight goals to turn the game on its head.
The Pies aren't playing badly but will be concerned by how quickly St Kilda have been able to break on them, and how one-sided the clearance numbers are. Stacks of time left in this one, but a bit of work for the reigning premiers to do.
The Saints are untouchable right now! Mitch Owens took on about three Pies opponents in the centre square and beat them all, and once his long kick cleared the zone there were Saints everywhere.
King snapped towards goal, Frampton wiped Higgins out on the goal line and the little goalsneak finished the job from there.
How about this from St Kilda!
As we await more word from the Saints room, I can offer up that good news at least. The medical staff were quick to get to Wood, and he seemed settled and certainly had his eyes open as he left the field.
And it's a howler from Darcy Moore! The Pies skipper took a fantastic intercept mark deep in defence, but then turned and handballed to ... nobody.
Brad Hill was alive to the moment, swept up the suddenly loose ball and snapped the Saints in front.
He's made a really bright start to this game. The Saints are running him through the midfield, but he's pushing forward really effectively too.
Henry endears himself further to his new fans with a bomb of a set shot to square this game up.
Right, back to the footy. That was a serious break in play, and both teams might need a bit to get back into the swing of things.
A free kick gifts Max King a really good look on goal, and he makes no mistake. Most of the important stats are really tight so far, and the Saints are certainly on top in the clearances.
A six-point margin feels about right.
You can see in this image the position Wood found himself in after his collision with Zaine Cordy.
The AFL has tweeted a video of the incident, but I am not going to post it as I believe Wood is visibly convulsing in the footage.

Mason Wood has been knocked outA lengthy stoppage and a hush around the MCG as trainers attend to St Kilda's Mason Wood.
It was accidental friendly fire that came from a moment of bravery from Wood, who went back with the flight into a marking contest and came down heavily on his head and neck. It was a seriously awakward — potentially very dangerous — landing, and every precaution is being taken by the medical staff.
I'll give you an update on Wood's condition when we get one. They are still yet to get him off the ground.
Really methodical stuff from Collingwood, it's clear they're happy to possess the ball as much as possible and wait for their options.
Pendlebury's kick inside 50 wasn't perfect, but it found McInnes in space out the back. He snaps truly, great start Collingwood.
