Tyler Herro injury update: expected to return during NBA Finals

Tyler Herro (hand fracture injury) is ramping up workouts and is expected to make his return at some point during the NBA Finals, with Game 3 being the likely target.

Miami Heat guard Tyler Herro is expected to make his return during the NBA Finals series against the Denver Nuggets, Chris Haynes from TNT and Bleacher Report, reports.

According to Haynes, Herro is ramping up workouts, and Game 3 is the likely target for his return.

Herro suffered a right hand fracture during Game 1 against the Milwaukee Bucks in the 1st Eastern Conference Playoffs Round.

Herro finished the game with 12 points, 2 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 block, and 1 turnover.

Even though Herro missed most of the playoffs, the Heat reached the NBA Finals after beating the Boston Celtics 4-3 in the Eastern Conference Finals.

In the regular season, Herro averaged 20.1 points, 5.4 rebounds, and 4.2 assists per game over 67 appearances.
