Social media influencer Andrew Tate has won his Romanian court appeal requesting to be released from house arrest while he awaits trial. He and his brother were indicted in June, along with two Romanian women, suspected of human trafficking, rape and forming an organised crime group. Mr Tate says he has to place “absolute faith” in the Romanian judicial system.
