Easter Bunny appears in Renovo ahead of holiday

The Easter Bunny made a much anticipated appearance at the annual Flaming Foliage Festivals Spring Craft Show, a highlight of the event for area youngsters. Well over 50 kids stopped by to have their picture taken with the Easter Bunny while their parents shopped the items that dozens of vendors had for sale. Flaming Foliage offered lunch and pies, including their ham pot-pie that sells out every spring. Pictured above are Axil, at left, and Knox, sons of Derek and MacKenzie Stevenson of Renovo. At right, Inaya Louise Azaz, daughter of Natalie and Zain Azaz, made multiple trips to visit with the Bunny, smiling and offering hugs every trip. Every time that the Bunny was free from other children’s visits, the fifteen-month-old found her way back to her new friend. Inaya’s mother is Natalie (Cool), a Bucktail graduate.
