The Full Splendour in the Grass 2023 Line-Up Has Been Announced
The full Splendour in the Grass line-up for 2023 was announced this morning, with dozens of acts from near and far joining Lizzo, who was announced as the headliner in March, for the three-day event at North Byron Parklands.
Joining the flute-touting queen will be local legends King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard (who pulled out of Bluesfest recently), Flume, Ball Park Music and Dune Rats.
International acts include Scottish singer-songwriter Lewis Capaldi, New York rockers Yeah Yeah Yeahs, British band Mumford & Sons, political punk outfit Idles and the Kiwi king of country Marlon Williams.
As ever, this year’s Splendour goes beyond just the music line-up. To fully immerse yourself in the Byron experience, there will be The Forest, a gallery tent of bush-doof with psychedelic art and music; a comedy club to get your spirits high; and eye-opening panel discussions at The Forum.
Learn about everything from fungi to fossil fuels at the Science Tent, before heading over to the Rainbow Bar to see those champagne chemicals at work. If you’re in the family way, there is even a kid-friendly Little Splendour with babysitting services, performances and kid-friendly entertainers.
Camping is always a big part of the Splendour experience but if you’re less into mud and more into the finer things in life, gain access to the VIP Village for priority line jumping, the best views of the amphitheatre, fancy toilets and a cloak room.
