Construction is set to wrap up this March on the multi-million-dollar expansion of Churchill Centre, making way for an exciting new international retailer, TK Maxx.

TK Maxx will open its doors at Churchill Centre on the 23rd of March, this milestone will mark their third South Australian store.

TK Maxx offers big brands at small prices across a huge range of products including women’s, men’s and
kids’ fashion, shoes, accessories, beauty, toys and homewares.

With over 10,000 vendors, TK Maxx buyers carefully select the seasons’ hottest products, brands and quality pieces at amazing prices to create an exciting shopping experience.

The fashion and lifestyle giant has committed to a 1700 square meter store within the 3500 square metre extension which will house up to ten new yet-to-be-announced speciality retailers. A second amenities block will include an interactive parent’s room with an enclosed play area, as well as electric car charging stations and additional parking.

Complementing a variety of new retailer openings, customers will be greeted by a newly created outdoor
plaza and attractive dining opportunities to further activate the Centre’s family offering and nighttime hub.

Nearing completion, the extension will be widely welcomed into the Churchill Centre community, creating up to 80 additional employment opportunities in one of Adelaide’s fastest-growing inner metropolitan areas.

The ownership group behind Churchill Centre are excited to enhance the retailer and customer experience, now and well into the future.

After arriving in Australia in 2017, TK Maxx opened their first South Australia store at Pasadena in 2020, introducing Adelaide shoppers to the international fashion and homewares brand. Their second store opened at Harbour Town in April of 2022.

With stores across the whole of the east coast, from Cairns to Melbourne, Churchill Centre will be the retailer’s 75th store in the country.
